1. Your Statutory Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Article 6:230o of the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of Glavexor within 14 calendar days from the date on which you receive the product, without giving any reason.
2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision before the 14-day period expires. You can do this by:

3. Returning the Product
After notifying us, you must return the product to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your withdrawal. The product must be:
- Unopened and in its original, undamaged packaging
- In the same condition as when received
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the product unless we have expressly agreed otherwise. We recommend using a trackable postal service.

4. Refund
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice (or the returned product, whichever is later). The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, at no additional cost to you.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back, or until you have provided evidence of return shipment.
5. Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products that have been opened, used or that have a broken seal for hygiene or health protection reasons, unless they were defective upon delivery
- Products that have been personalised or made to order
6. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged or does not match what you ordered, please contact us immediately at welcome-@wloxarixvelmorin.world with photographs of the issue. Defective products are covered under the statutory legal guarantee. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
